Hi, I’m Hilton

I’m a high school junior, composer, writer, and actor who believes that the most impactful stories are the ones we create ourselves.

In January 2026, I’m bringing my first original musical to the stage. I wrote every word, composed every song, and I’ll be performing the lead role. It’s a coming-of-age story about a kid named Robby learning what it means to grow up on his 18th birthday. It’s an honest story that will hopefully resonate with anyone who’s ever felt caught between who they were and who they’re becoming.

Creating this musical has been the most challenging and rewarding thing I’ve ever done. It started with watching a community production. The whole time I couldn’t focus, all I could think was, “What if I wrote and produced my own show?” So, on the car ride home, I started brainstorming ideas. Over the next 2 months I wrote the scripts and then the next two after that the music.

I’ve always been inspired by artists who take risks and tell authentic stories. I believe theater is unique in its humanity. Actors stand sometimes feet away from you and bare their soul while you watch in awe. This is what I find so enchanting. It can’t be faked. It is simple and impactful and human.

When I’m not rehearsing, I’m writing. I write down everything; cool words that I hear that could become lyrics, facts or dates, and even quotes from friends or teachers. I find that something that is worth writing down is something worth remembering.
